As a service to our patients, we will do everything we can to help you with your insurance needs. These services may include:

Note that some examinations such as MRI, CT and PET/CT may require specific criteria for you to be eligible for benefits.

We will submit your claim to your insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify. Ultimately, as the patient, you are responsible for payment of the account, including any balance not covered by insurance.
