Insurance & Billing Insurance Assistance As a service to our patients, we will do everything we can to help you with your insurance needs. These services may include:
We will submit your claim to your insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify. Ultimately, as the patient, you are responsible for payment of the account, including any balance not covered by insurance. Contracted Insurance Providers Washington Imaging Services is an approved provider for most major insurance carriers and health plans including, but not limited to, the following: If you do not see your provider listed above, please call us at 425-453-4067. Billing WIS bills our fees globally to streamline the billing process. This means that both the exam and interpretation services are combined into one inclusive charge. If you are covered by insurance, we will submit your claim directly to the insurance company on your behalf. You will receive a billing statement for any balance not covered by insurance. For patients without insurance, we offer discounts for payment at the time of service. We accept cash, check or major credits cards.
