Customer Comments

Our goal at Washington Imaging Services is to provide exceptional customer service during every encounter you have with our organization. Our online Patient Questionnaire Survey gives you the opportunity to provide feedback on your WIS experience—from your first contact with our scheduling department, to your exam day check in, imaging procedure and follow-up. 

The comments and suggestions we receive help us fine tune our procedures and services and allow us to continually improve our services to better meet patient needs.

The following comments were selected from patient surveys read in the last 60 days.

"The experience was positive, especially the DEXA exam. The x-ray technologist was very professional and yes, kind and considerate." (DEXA/Issaquah)

"I could not finish my first MRI, and the staff reassured me that this happens. After taking Valium, my second MRI was a breeze! Real good staff!!" (MRI/Bellevue)

WIS Response: Claustrophobic patients often find our large opening, short bore Siemens Espree MRI to be more comfortable and less stressful. If you know the exam will make you anxious, ask your referring doctor to prescribe a medication such as Valium to take before the procedure. In this instance, it is required that someone else drives you to and from the appointment.

"(The technologist) was an excellent assistant as I experienced my preparation for a CT. I was quite anxious and she calmed me with her warm friendly manner. She was professional, kind and gave me a sense of security. Thank you." (CT/Bellevue)

"The MRI was handled very promptly and efficiently. The only problem was the music wouldn’t work. It would have made it more relaxing." (MRI/Bellevue)

WIS Response: We're sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. I don't know if you made a comment to the technologist when you experienced the CD player wasn't working. If so, the problem may have been remedied. However, we have checked all our equipment and the CD players and headsets are currently in good working order.
