Where should I send my payment?
Payment for Washington Imaging Services should be mailed to PO Box 3885, Seattle, WA 98124. Payments for Overlake Imaging Associates should be mailed to PO Box 24226, Seattle, WA 98124. You may also choose to pay accessing your online account and pay using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. On-line account payments are now available. Please see the "Online Bill Payment" selection to the right.

How do I contact someone about my statement or account?

You may call our Business Office at 425-453-4067, Monday thru Friday. Our office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm. Voicemail is available at this number for your convenience, or you may send us a comment/question online at billing@washingtonimaging.com. Please leave your Patient #, patient name and phone number for us to contact you.

I gave my insurance information at the time of service, why am I getting a bill?
If our Billing Office has not received the information that you supplied at the time of registration, you will receive a statement. In some cases we may not have been able to process the information that you have furnished prior to the mailing of a statement. We apologize if your account has not been updated with the relevant information prior to the statement being mailed and ask that you contact the Billing Office at 425-453-4067 between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday.

Why didn’t my insurance company pay my balance in full?
Many insurance companies have a co-pay and/or a deductible. Sometimes certain charges are not covered under particular insurance plans. This may be the case with your plan. Please refer to your explanation of benefits provided to you from your insurance carrier for further explanation.

Do Washington Imaging Services and/or Overlake Imaging Associates accept payment plans?
When billing issues arise, Washington Imaging and/or Overlake Imaging tries to work with the patient to resolve the situation. Please contact a Patient Account Representative at 425-453-4067.

I do not have insurance; can I set up arrangements prior to my imaging procedure?
You may set up a monthly payment plan by contacting our Business Office at the phone number above and speaking to a Patient Accounts Representative.

Refunds?
We carefully research all patient overpayments to ensure that patient refunds are appropriately due. We will research and process all of the patient refunds within 30 days of receipt of payment.
